​Admission

• Enrollment to all courses is confirmed upon the receipt of your full payment of the tuition fee in the form of bank transfer.

• Dragonesque Limited reserves the right to make changes to the programme schedule and contents as appropriate and necessary.

Withdrawal

• No refund shall be made after the confirmation of the enrollment. Further arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

​

Adverse Weather Arrangement / Cancellation

• The course, rehearsals or performance will be cancelled when typhoon signal 8 or black rain signal is hoisted. In cases when such weather signals are lowered two hours before the scheduled start time of the class, students are expected to attend the session as normal.

• In case of cancellation, the training, rehearsals or performance may not be rescheduled, and the remaining sessions will be forfeited and will not receive a refund.

Use of Image/Photo/Video

• Dragonesque Limited reserves the right to take photographs and videos during all auditions, courses, rehearsals and performances. By enrolling in Dragonesque Limited courses, prouductions and other activities, I grant permission for Dragonesque Limited to create/use photographs, video or audio recordings of the child/person for training, promotional materials and publications, and other commercial purposes. Personal Information Collection Statement

• Personal data will be kept confidential by Dragonesque Limited. We will not use, transfer or share any applicants' data with any third parties unless receiving your consent. 

• ​Data collected are used specifically for the purposes prescribed in the application forms and will serve:
  (i) as a basis of application to the courses/productions/other activities;
  (ii) as contact details for the registered courses/productions/other activities;
  (iii) for research and archival purpose; and
  (iv) as evidence for verfication of the applicant's personal inforamtion. 

• Applicants agree that by enrolling to events of Dragonesque Limited, all personal data are collected voluntarily. Failure to supply such data for operation purposes may result in Dragonesque Limited unable to enrol the participant in the event.

• Under the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants reserve the right to request Dragonesque Limited to access or to apply for correction of the data. To request changes, please email dragonesquehk@gmail.com

• All participants enrolled in activities agree and understand Dragonesque Limited is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occured in the events. 

• Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice from Dragonesque Limited.
